The cost of producing organic far outweighs the benefits. Powder processing plants are a dime a dozen as most factories are scaling down or closing due cost of production, Saputo have just closed down their Maffra plant. Export license does not guarantee that they will receive interest for International sales, scale and ability to supply is severly lacking. Assets have been sold off and will never be able to be replaced at previous prices.
