The company has been asset stripped to pay debt they don't own the land as much in the past. Just cause they have a export licence doesn't ad much value when in the past they have never ran a operation at both full capacity or ran the company with a profit ever. Can the fill any big order with such a poor history ? The export licence would have limitations on it specific to the company products I would assume.
The meat had gone , barely bones left why would anyone take this over? And what price?
If you know the industry and have knowledge of it you would know the company blew every opportunity every time with out fail. The only success is at failure and poor disclosure they are great at that , that not a positive !
