As I stated in a previous post these guys have been guilty of acquisition fever. I believe you are right that even the kitchen sink has been factored in to the results. With sound management skills this has the ability to become a huge turnaround story as long as they temper the acquisitions and make the current ones develop into profitability. I think they have the skills to do just that.
