    re: Ann: AHG Investor Presentation - Acquisit... The SPP is for a maximum of $15.000 per holder, for a maximum raising of $10mio. Excess subscriptions will be scaled back.

    If every holder was to apply for their maximum entitlement then applications would total some $47mio. Potential for a heavy scale-back is high.
