OH no, the spiral of death. Just here to warn people I have seen this funding arrangement many times...The company issues "security stock to the lender" they then use that stock to short the market and then do the funding 10% lower than the VWAP of their selling. It is constant dilution at lower and lower levels in order to get funded. Only hope the company has is a miraculous turn around in the fundamentals. Out of 20-25 times I have seen this happen, only BRN has survived.
