And by the way, I've never heard of a company acquiring 100% of another company and losing their CEO. Who is acquiring who here? Did AHI buy Wellteq, or did Wellteq buy AHI? This read like an article from The Onion. Lol.
I buy a car, and the former owner whom I bought the car from comes and takes away my car keys, hops on the car and drives off. It makes no sense.
Vlado Bosanac cannot be the CEO because he is bankrupt.

AHI acquires 100% of another company, and the CEO of the company they acquired becomes the CEO of AHI.
