Hmm, so AHI is paying consultants with shares now. Oh well, better than paying them cash I guess.
Very brave consultants - especially the ones covered under this announcement, who took shares at 20c each. Under today's other announcement, the consultants were paid shares at 11c each.
They have plenty of headroom to issue more shares - lots and lots of shares - after all 22 resolutions (!) were passed at the AGM.
Hmm, so AHI is paying consultants with shares now. Oh well,...
