Iscoe paid $1m to the bankruptcy trustee for a whole bunch of things, not just the 17.3m AHI shares.
Considering they are Vlad's shares though, it doesn't really matter what she paid for them, it was just her bailing him out of his bankruptcy mess.
With 34.3 million shares now Iscoe owns 17% of the company.
How the two of them have gotten away with running an ASX listed company like their own personal piggy bank for years is beyond me.
The last straw for me was this list in business news not long ago, what an absolute joke.
Everyone else on this list is responsible for running a massive and successful business.
