Well I imagine that his creditors (namely the ATO) will take control of his share holdings. I was hoping someone who has experience in this can advise whether the ATO just dump all shares on market, or if they're disposed of in another way. Obviously if all shares are dumped on market there will be quite a hit in the short term.
