it’s fundamentally horrid- what part of this is fundamentally sound? They don’t even market their product and don’t have control of their own revenue component. It’s never going to be a winning business model.

go over the last 3 years and calculate their marketing budget and expenses- what tech company doesn’t spend appropriately on marketing- where was the campaign for the Nasdaq listing? There wasn’t one, it was a cash grab to pump the sp and get more cash to burn.
