    If the company wants to play the big game overseas they need to get their corporate house in order - see my post on qualifications of Company Secretary. I concur with Manaboutown and disagree with the posts speaking of unworthy tickets or the ASX being overbearing - there is a big issue of non compliance here. Confidence in corporate management is fundamental.
