They are either acquiring something small, a small part of something, or are planning on using funds raised in the NASDAQ listing to fund the acquisition.

I can see many ways in which the company would need to disclose a fair amount of information related to a query at the moment.

I'm new to this stock, but maybe this has just been something the consider minor as the NASDAQ listing is via a SPAC as to how they are listing? unless they are doing the formal way?

so they would acquire a listing to list.

or it is them acquiring a company, and that sounds positive vs being acquired.

immature and lots of moving parts IMOH
