Hey guys, I e-mailed the company this morning after the market ann and received the following reply:What I can say is “ As stated in the ASX release dated 6th April 2021, the company is contemplating a material potential acquisition. The company is preparing a detailed submission for ASX’s consideration which we intend to submit shortly. Depending on the response from ASX the company hopes to resume trading. Once the submission outcome is received from ASX we will look to inform the market immediately with deeper clarity”. Sounds like because of the complexity of the acquisition, it is taking just a tad longer to finalise all the documents and paperwork. Which just means this acquisition is going to be HUGE!
