We all must remember that they have an economic Au resource ready to be processed. KLG reneged on the toll agreement at Union Reefs, that is why the SP tanked. JV with a mining company and building a plant seems like a logical step, as there is no other way to recover the Au in the Top End. Hey, construction of a processsing plant could be favourable as it could be tolled out to other smaller companies with Au deposits to help pay for the costs!
