perhaps you dont know that PYC have already been doing this for 1-3 years and thats where all these PYC drugs come from. And they have said it will come from cash reserves, and they get a tax rebate of almost the same amount as alluded to. (Eluded?). So while there may yet be a cap raise, it wont be for this, and if it is , it will be for Phase 2 in a year. But more likely imo google will stump up the money to own the bulk of it. As they do.
