I checked with PYC toady and my assumptions are broadly correct, in that we will apply for the tax rebate on the 10M which we have to spend (work will be undertaken in Australia) which would equate to 4.5M plus the 4.5M we receive as an up front payment therefore our actual cost is 1M plus.
A bonus also is that 1.5M of the project cost has been allocated to PYC for work they would have had to undertaken anyway so its a cost recovery for us...
I said I thought it was a good deal now I am convinced it is, not only form a financial prospective but from a company future building point of view.
