It appears so. I took a gamble that a day after the ann the market would recognise the significance, see the long term strategy, and act accordingly. It didn't (yet).
Perhaps not the best timing, but long term I see PYC being valued in the dollars. The difference between buying a few cents apart will be insignificant one day. This is a buy at 5ç or 25c.
