Great result. Revenue under the renewed contract will be lower, as hinted at by the reference to “lower costs to Seven”, but margins for AIM substantially higher. At any rate, this was a material contract and the risk was to lose it altogether; therefore, even if the Gross Profit line remains essentially unchanged, a 5-year renewal represents a material de-risking event.
