Very nice announcement indeed. Not so much for the amount of Revenue involved, but because the nature and profile of the customer prove that AIM’s corporate live events business is far from dead. And EEG alone (i.e. the SaaS/IaaS part of the business), with its >20mA$ Revenue run rate, >40% Revenue growth and >40% EBITDA margin, easily justifies AIM's current Enterprise Value of ~75mA$.
