On the positive side, there's hope with a little tinge of validity and need.
However, the cash position is stark and they've shown no revenue stream, with (sadly) no real ability to close deals that can generate cash revenue.
Im gobsmacked by our new posters enthusiasm for an RnD program, but this smacks of the old BoD type actions. Goof.
Whom is leading this study and what is the aim? Is it the separation process or identifying seaweed type that can satisfy scale. All in the "out of one's depth" without meaningful details on basically no budget.
What l believe the market needs is proof of revenue of all the other stuff they have but not further developed, birds nest, cosmetics, pharmaceutical sales and distribution and thier store presence, a good start.

This company needs to focus, not come across as a chihuahua.
I'm expecting another CR.
