If the scaleback works like the COH scaleback your low bid will only cap the max you can obtain. i.e. if you subscribed for $5000 worth and your holding allows you to obtain $3000 worth you should still get all of the shares. I assume you did subscribe for one of the 'allowed' $ amounts outlined in the SPP booklet. I think these were something like $1K $5K $10K and so on.
Agree that if any NZ posters could say if they got an allocation today that would be helpful.
