Hi Jag, I see other posters have done a good job of answering this. I will probably apply for the full amount (If I can get the capital together) and see what happens. I notice SCP did a UPP up to 30K today. Perhaps the market will get fatigued with these continual raisings and they won't be over subscribed. Have to see what happens.
