I'm afraid that, with the share price where it currently is compared to the SPP offer price, every man and his brother who are shareholders, will be begging, stealing or borrowing $50k from somewhere to participate in the SPP.
Why, given the quality and nature of the business in question, it's effectively a case of free money.
