At $200m only 4,000 shareholders can get the full allocation of $50k.
There are 4,400 shareholders alone that own between 10,000 and 50,000 shares. There will be huge scale backs.
The combined raise has added 20% of shares to the register, so at best, you will get allocated 20% of your holding at 3 April. If you have 5,000 shares you will do no better than 1,000 additional shares.
Unfortunately the institutionional raise was such a large proportion that I suspect most people will get even less than 20% of their existing holding.
if you have less than 50,000 shares you are almost certainly going to get scaled back
