This company is run by El-raghy and co and anyone that denies this man's business acumen usually sits on the losing side.
What is great for DRM holders is that they will now be a part of the company El-raghy runs.
Just look at the messaging in presentations since 2019 or so and the vision has remained the same.
Consolidate the smaller players to form a big company and focus predominantly on copper.
This has been the vision of a company which had $10Mil mcap then.
Everyone laughed and no one could see that this man was capable of pulling a lot of traction.
A lot of punters talk about billion dollar companies in the making but there are only few people in the market who have made one.
El-raghy is one of them.
