just had an initial review of this company and must say this announcement paired with a scan of the first few pages of the IPO prospectus from Sep 20 is enough for me to move on to something else. This seems to read like rewarding significant underperformance, having said that my knowledge on this company is near zero, so potentially unfair. If there is any company supporters here that have a snap shot of what they like about this company I’d like to hear.
