This announcement speaks volumes about the RE - it has:
1. bolded a statement asserting there were 'no findings of association!!!!!!' by the Panel;
2. neglected to mention the "serious concerns" expressed by the Panel, including "multiple coincidences in timing identified in respect of the acquisition of APW units[by George Wang's brother and sister]"; and
3. said it's "not aware of any breach of the law" when there are troves of evidence pointing to multiple contraventions of several laws over a period of two years.
Gee, who would have thought the RE was wholly owned by George Wang?
