Well perhaps I was influenced a bit by the picture my sharebroker drew for me once when talking about "mining" companies and especially junior ones. It was a picture of someone standing on the edge of a deep round hole and dropping wads of money into the opening. There is a fair element of truth in that. Anyway I dare say that on the ASX the company would be identified as a mining company or a perhaps a mining explorer. I don't think they get too precise and identify MXR as a "minor exploring miner would be producer". Whatever.
