As a shareholder I find the announcement to be short, clear, positive and to the point. I suggest that any investor unable to read or understand such an announcement should speak to their investment adviser. Now if a non holder claims to have a problem with that, quite frankly I have to say, who gives a damn what they think and question their credibility and motive for actually saying that. Fact is the board is not just one professor, there are experienced business people on board as well in case you don't know.
So, damned if they do and damned if they don't announce something good for shareholders? The announcement is good and positive, I suspect that some people will complain no matter what.
