Some back of the envelope calculations.
AIZ became a substantial holder when they went through 5%, which they needed to notify the ASX of within 3 days, so they would have been building the position for some time and gone through the 5% in the last few days.
Thus, unless they do a block trade tonight you could probably assume they have currently got a little over 5% purchased at the moment as the volume the last few days hasn't been huge.
VBA has 2.2Bn shares on issue. If they want to get to 14.99% of the company they'll need to purchase 220m shares. I'd assume that would put a floor under the shareprice for a little while!
