They needed to cut prices earlier given the change in Government and weakening outlook in NZ. The Rolls Royce thing is a bit of an excuse, blame the third party supplier, yeah in 2019, That cuts it just like with Morrie Davis and the Mt Erebus strategy.
think the market has overreacted tho.
To me, this is still worth $3 or so and the profit downgrade was already factored in to a large degree.
kiwi investors are not stupid, they have no capital gains tax and will recognise the market overreaction and seekit out IMHO but pls DYOR
