I would love to be proved wrong but I highly doubt it will be before mid next year. End of year I believe to be possible if every single thing goes right with one of the phase 3 trails, which they never do. End of October is castles in the sky territory.
IMO we wont have a vaccine IN HAND until end of next year earliest. Virus' are very hard to combat, one new mutation could render your entire work up to that point useless
