Dont know about NZ but in OZ it was ex on the 4th
The owner is not recorded till the 5th so you had to buy Friday 1st to own the rights
Its like dividends buy the day before Ex to get the divi Paper work takes time to record you as the owner BEFORE THE EX DATE
Sold Ex is exactly that NO RIGHTS
Looks like you pooped your pants on that one NO RIGHTS FOR YOU
