Cheers mate, no argument with me.
Starting the half with an enterprise value of circa $NZ800 and losing around $NZ400 per half they are in an existential position. I do not query the board's CR decision at all- nor the details of the offer. And a CR that is well done can make a company attractive to new buyers- maybe not straight away.
Still getting my head around what could be a good entry- if any.
