Exactly. The market has known about this CR for two years. How is it catching anyone by surprise?
The company has been so fortunate in getting Government underwriting to keep it bouyant throughout this time. Everyone knew the Government's largesse had a repayment time on it. Everyone knew this CR had to happen.
Can anyone tell us of a fairer and better way of keep the company in business?
