You know for the last two years that this level of dilution was going to take place?

You knew that a caveat of the lending facility would be that once the facility was drawn on, that no dividend is payable to shareholders until the facility is repaid in full?

My personal FVE since commencement of staff layoffs has been 84c, I posted that here I am pretty sure and I have now updated to account for the dilution involved with this share placement. My fair value estimate is NZ0.49c. When it hits that level I will reassess and likely buy in.

I realise you addressed the question to another holder but wanted to encourage you to fully understand the breadth of scope the decisions the company has signed up to will affect your invested share price. I am not a shorter, I care enough to comment and realise how many investors in AirNZ are not schooled in the markets (not insinuating that you are anything less either, friend).
