I foolishly invested in AIZ @1.52 around the time vaccines started rolling out thinking this would be a sure fire winner - after almost 6 months of lock downs, new variants, $400milllion loss etc, I see it has hit 1.50 and I'm feeling a little better about this investment. After seeing the data from Israel that a third shot is probably needed, I'll probably exit this as soon as I am break even or a little above, I don't think international travel is coming back for a long time, maybe years, especially with the way NZ is handling the pandemic even with vaccines.
