As posted by Electrons in the DYLO thread, JB terminated that test work program with EL8 within a month of coming onboard with DYL in 2016.
I speculated he ended the agreement because they were terrible terms for DYL (royalty payable to EL8 for every pound produced using their technology). Maybe he saw the value in the tech and their strategic land holdings and marked EL8 for a prime takeover target?
