Nearly seven weeks now since completion of aerial survey, news shouldn't be far off.
However, we already know there are potential drill targets - described by Oro Verde as strong targets. What we really need to hear is that Newcrest is ready to commit to the next stage so that a drilling campaign can realistically be done. Such a renewed endorsement from Newcrest should give this a good boost.

While it is a bit of a nervous wait, personally, I think that even if Newcrest should decide to walk away (and I have absolutely no reason to believe that they will), Topacio looks promising enough for Oro Verde to find other funding arrangements in due time.
