Not necessarily . In my opinion , that premarket order was by design , quite intentional , and was obviously to test and entice those long standing sell orders at point 8 and point 9 to see who would be willing to ' Match Out ' at a point 7 opening.

They didn't go for it , so watch for the next stage or wave of volume interest to react and or re-enter the game at some stage.

Job done as far as I am concerned as apart from the piddly orders selling into point 7 for the last 6 weeks , there has been no further capitulation as the market awaits further news flow.
