My understanding is the Iluka deposit in Sierra Leone is only between 5-15m.
Just have to join the dots - chair purchases 140k at mp - perhaps - most likely his position gives him a far better insight as to what is occurring. Market leaders love to control the market - essential for them to remain at the top.
Over at GBE - they are trying to develop a niobium asset. Brazil controls 90% of niobium trade. Different scenario as GBE is majority Chinese owned and any product in my opinion is for China only.
