you are quite right Redi about the unpredictability of ARE!
I don't think its negative though that they are divesting non core assets to raise some cash...better than a cap raising at these crappy levels..also a JV with a decent a partner would be a positive also..time will tell
Lumwanna is still the main game here...Alford & Torrens side interests I'd reckon
