I don't know exactly how the WA tenement system works but BOA sold 181 Blocks to IGO for potentially $57.5m plus 0.75% NSR which equates to $317,679.50 per block.
CR1 has 157 blocks in the same area which at the same rate would attract $49.88m. Let's round it off to $50m all things being equal.
To be fair, BOA has tenements next to IGO Nova and LEG - but CR1's tenements are also in the general vacinity... Any indication of value of CR1 should factor this in.
