You have to add $7 million to BOA's market cap due to the amount coming in as part of the deal plus the potential $57 million if IGO JORC a resource then subtract $4 million from CR1's market cap for it's cash on hand. CR1 should be around double the current price, all things being equal but do agree....CR1 is a very juicy target which is why the brakes were tapped for mine.
