BOA shareholders vote on 14th October, so any play at CR1 would be after?? that pending outcome of vote. TA for BOA shareholders dropped today i think, listing advantages and disadvantages.
I still cant help but think this “play” by IGO/ Creasey looks very much like a property developer land banking around his/her current development to protect that investment (ie sale price) ....... in other words protecting LEG & GAL and preventing other miners creeping in on IGO.
I am equally not convinced how BOA will spend the JORC payment of $50 mil..... if there ever is one.
Doesn’t look like a great deal and i think we are on better ground.
