The large dilution here at the lows caused OVL to have a MC at 1.2c that is too demanding for this stage of its development .
Hence the supply at this level.
For longer term holders like myself, the 2 bill SOI and dilution at the lows has capped the gains.
The unknowns are actual results/quality of the deposit, and how much pumping it will need to advance given the amount of shares on issue.
