I’m concerned that the bail out has the option for the debt to be repaid via conversion of the debt to equity. Given the size of the loan and the company’s current market cap I’m worried if conversion of the debt to equity occurs ordinary shareholders are going to get wiped out. But hopefully my fear is misplaced.
