A few more points!

Cashburn: If you presume ongoing mining will cover the mining bills as winds down (company told me still making small profit at current prices, with plans to wind down to one data centre, houding newest mining equipment in progress by Jan 2016), and also presume that liquidity desk will make a profit of say $1M this year ($500K last year so conservative IMO), then you only need to make about $2M to cover fixed costs of business. Given they have $2.5M cash + $1M bitcoin + $1M net receivables (money owed) + options valid to June 2016 for Directors exercisable at $0.28 = another $2M = total potential cash of $6.5 then seem to have ample cash (provided product produces success) for ongoing operations and marketing of AirPocket. Any increase in BTC price will provide more cash and vice versa.

Initial Beta: Initial sample of 50 to include combination of individuals and AirAgents. First stage to test product "does what it says", backend systems and processes. Second enlarged stage to seek further feedback on UX and UI and general usability by public.
