Perhaps true Bradollar, but there is nothing in this that they have not said before, at least once!

This fact is highlighted by the news not being flagged as price sensitive!

Just softening up the market and holders IMO - hardly a positive when they announce (effectively) more delay.

The best and most positive thing they can do is to announce some revenue, or sales deal, or manufacturing deal, or distribution or something that will actually help increase the SP.

This is just a disguise, nothing more and definitely nothing positive in my reading.
