    FA wise I would partially agree with buying, however i would be cautious. TA wise the chart looks pathetic at best. Still needs to fill that gap down however the macd is trending down with the price sitting well below numerous significant moving averages.

    There are also a few questions that need to be answered before a new investor should get in by dave tomorrow.

    All in my opinion DYOR!
